A fast setting high build modified cementitious levelling screed. Specially formulated for quick and easy application to achieve required falls without any shrinkage or cracking.

⠀ABOUT ULTRA LEVEL SCREED C310

• Fast setting leveller for use on concrete and cement sheeting (FC sheet)
• Accepts waterproofing membrane after 4 hours at 20°C
• Replaces the need for sand and cement mixing onsite
• Accepts waterproofing membrane after 4 hours @ 20°C.
• Most floor coverings can be applied after 24 hours
• Excellent bond strength to concrete and fc sheet substrate

• Externally balconies or in ramp applications
• Wet areas where controlled falls are required
• Onto concrete and FC (Cement sheet) sheet substrate
• Residential, commercial or medium industrial applications
• As a system in conjunction with Bostik/ASA wet area internal waterproofing membranes.
