So glad I found these guys. My previous supplier closed down from lockdown comlications after 30 years in the game. As a builder doing occasional dodgy balcony re builds, I am needing good quality traficable membranes, and the usual water proofing paraphanalia..From the moment I called on phone, the staff very courteous and knowledgable and sorted my inquiries. Knowlegable and nice...Excellent service and quality less toxic products. But please if you are not trained please think of hiring a professional... it's a bigger problem than flammable cladding... Walter also runs product training so maybe that might help.

purchased a Marmox shower base, glue, waterproofing, primer and other accessories.The staff were courteous, patient and helpful in both suggesting what products to use and their correct application. More importantly, they did not "bag" alternate products and glues but suggested why their product rang could be better in most cases. They know their stuff. They also helped load the products and in hindsight delivery fee was also very reasonable.Excellent product, service and advice, especially to a consumer with some experience, but not enough knowledge.
