Omniflex Butyl Tape

Omniflex is a hydrophobic non-woven polypropylene fleece laminated to a grey pressure sensitive butyl adhesive, supplied on a pre-slit extended filmic release liner.

Designed to create permanent visco-elastic seals on the wall/floor interface and around drainage apertures in walls and floors. Being pressure sensitive there is no curing time for the tape, so liquid waterproofing membrane may be laid immediately onto the non-woven fleece surface. The product is for use in all wet areas such as kitchens, bathroom, showers, external balconies, roof joins etc. The product offers major benefits in that it contains no volatile organic content, is highly resistant to detergents and bleaches and is compatible with all commonly used sealants.
