What can I say, it was just wonderful to speak to them, very refreshing. Although, I could not get the product ASAP as I am based in Sydney and they are in Melbourne, but the support, suggestion, alternative options offered to me are priceles, I thought it was God sent. We need to support and highlight such businesses who go above and beyond the regular and make your day.
