This workshop focuses on waterproofing compliance and common failure mechanisms associated with external balconies, including reinforced concrete and lightweight balcony systems. The session addresses NCC compliance requirements, how balconies fail, and the key design, detailing, and installation considerations that influence waterproofing performance.
