DESCRIPTION

Sikalastic®-777 is a high performance, hand-applied, low VOC, moisture-curing single component elastomeric polyurethane membrane with excellent rootresistance properties.

USES

Sikalastic®-777 is designed for the following waterproofing applications:

• Planter boxes
• Retaining walls
• Foundation and basement walls
• Below ground applications

Storage conditions – From date of production if stored properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

Density – 1.30-1.35 (g/cm3)
Viscosity – 10,000 – 18,000 cP @30RPM
Volatile organic compound (VOC) content – 250g/L
Shore A hardness – 70 Shore A

Dry film thickness Vertical applications :
2 coats of a minimum of 0.670 litres (670 micron) /m2 each are required to achieve a 1 mm dry film thickness.

Floor applications :
2 coats of a minimum of 0.8 litre (800 micron) /m2 each are required to achieve a 1.2 mm dry film thickness.
Minimum 1-1.2mm DFT recommended on all applications

Tensile strength – 6 MPa
Tensile strain at break – > 300%
Tear strength – 20 kN/m
Service temperature – -20 to +80°C
Relative air humidity – Between 20 and 90%
Substrate temperature – +5 to +35°C
Substrate moisture content – Up to 5%
Curing time – 24 hours for full cure.

In below ground applications, the membrane must be protected from damage during backfill. We recommend our Protection Sheet
